With 20 years in dentistry, including 15 years as an OHT, I have worked across more than 30 dental practices. I'm familiar with the differences between clinics, from appointment structures and software to clinical workflows and the way individual teams operate.
Professional Experience
My career spans independent private practices, corporate dental groups and 10 years with SA Dental. My background also includes five years as a dental assistant, giving me experience across both clinical and supporting roles.
I've worked in environments involving general dentistry, orthodontics, relative analgesia, IV sedation and implant surgery.

Temporary OHT Bookings
A little preparation before the shift makes a considerable difference on the day.
Once a booking is confirmed, the practice completes a pre-shift information form covering the details I need to work confidently within its existing systems.
This preparation means I arrive already familiar with how the practice operates, rather than spending the first appointments working it out.
For the practice, that means less disruption to the team. For patients, it means seeing a clinician who understands the clinic's routines and can provide the familiar, professional experience they expect.
